Because ePier.com is only a venue for your auction, the seller and the high bidder(s) are responsible for the completion of their transaction once the auction has ended. Following these steps will help both buyer and seller complete their transaction smoothly, and trouble-free.

Contact Each Other Through E-mail

The sellers' and high bidders' e-mail addresses will be displayed in the End of Auction e-mail both parties receive from ePier.com. You should e-mail each other immediately to confirm all terms of the transaction, and acknowledge you are both ready to complete your trade.

Leave Feedback About Your Transaction
Once the transaction is complete and you have successfully exchanged payment and merchandise with each other, please leave a feedback comment about your experience with your trading partner. Helpful Outside Services
The following independent outside parties offer services that you may find helpful before starting or toward the end of your auction. You should negotiate these services prior to the end of your auction.

Shipping
Follow these links to these popular shipping agencies' web sites, where you can calculate shipping rates, shop their services, and negotiate the services offered by each. This can help you take the guesswork out of how much to charge for shipping your item to the winning bidder(s).

United States Postal Service     Federal Express
United Parcel Service www.iship.com

Sellers, when using one of the above agencies to ship items to your buyers, we suggest providing your customers with the appropriate tracking number for their package. Doing so will indicate professionalism, and make your buyers feel more comfortable while waiting for their item to arrive.

Insurance
If you need to insure the item(s) you are shipping, most shipping companies offer insurance at very reasonable rates. It is always a good idea to insure items with a value of $50 or more.
