It really is a beautifull location and with a bit of work would make a lovely holiday retreat, or of course it would be possible to replace the existing building with a new one without any problems.The property has mains electricity installed.
Vratza villa region is just 2 miles from Vratza city centre and is conected by dual carriageway, the same road leads onto the ferryport at Oryahovo approx 40 miles, also the main road leads to Sofia, approx 70 miles away.
Vratsa City is located at the foot of the Balkan mountains, and there are great activities available including skiing on the ski run, the area is also famous for its rock climbing facilities and para gliding.
The city is well develped with very good road and rail links, Kaufland and Billa supermarkets, technopolis/technomarket... all the usual shopping facilities you would expect from a modern and developed city.
