This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering two adults, 21 years or older, to two (2) round trip passages aboard Discovery Cruises, sailing from Port Everglades, Florida to Grand Bahamas Island (including shipboard meals and entertainment) PLUS three (3) nights resort hotel accommodations on Grand Bahamas Island. Cruise and resort/hotel accommodations are available year round, subject to promotional availability and a minimum 60-day advance notice. Reservation requests with less than 60 days will be accepted, but are subject to a $25.00 per person surcharge on a space available basis. The fulfillment travel center makes every effort to provide accommodations on travel dates selected therefore, reserves the right to substitute hotels and/or cruise lines of equal or greater value. Transportation to and from the Port Everglades, Florida area, transfers island transportation, meals, hotel taxes, and gratuities in the Bahamas and in Florida are the responsibility of the passengers traveling. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied in the same cabin by parent, relative, or legal guardian 25 years or older. The only exceptions are married guests or parents traveling with their children in different cabins. The Bahamas is a foreign country and requires Proof of Citizenship in the form of a valid ID (drivers license) accompanied by a state certified Birth Certificate or passport.
