The book measures about 9-1/4" by 7" with 291 pages. There is an interesting character named "Mustafa of Mudge".

The book has considerable wear to the cover and the binding is loose at the front cover. The spine netting is visible at this point. The last page of the book which is the rear end of the lion (same as the inside front cover)has been torn out of the book. The interior pages are in good condition with a few signs of wear here and there.
