Q: Do you offer FFMPEG and adult hosting on all your servers?
A: No! We only offer FFMPEG and adult hosting on servers that can handle the load, and then we limit the number of accounts per server. If it's offered as an option on the listing, then you can order the add-on.

Q: Can I go to your web site and order the same plan?
A: No! Although you could order a plan off our web site, it will not offer you the same features at the same price.

Q: Are there pre-installed cgi/php scripts?
A: Yes! We have many php and cgi scripts for you to use. These include shopping cart(s), formmails, guestbook's, automated feedback forms, live help, chat scripts, forums, and many more.

Q: Do I get my own name servers?

A: NO! We won't be a part of this, as we feel you are deceiving the public.

Q: What is the difference in Unlimited vs. Unmetered?
A: First of all, let me emphasize that WE DO NOT OVERLOAD OUR SERVERS! With other hosts, setting all their accounts as unlimited, they find it very difficult to monitor their server resources, which normally means a lot of server problems and downtime. When we set an account as UNMETERED, we allocate resources to every account on the server, so we can better monitor resource usage. All accounts will have disk space and bandwidth allocations assigned. Our system will notify us when an account requires more space. We can then allocate more space, or a new hard drive, or move some accounts to another server. This is for your protection as well as ours, as nobody likes server problems and/or downtime. Even though we allocate resources all resellers that have overselling enabled on their accounts can set up their accounts as unlimited if they wish. We do NOT restrict your account like a lot of other hosts.

Q: Can you offer unlimited everything?
A: Sure we could, but we won't. We prefer the "realistic" approach to web hosting. There are just too many providers getting caught up in the "unlimited everything" hype, when logic should tell you that  this isn't even possible. They are betting that you won't use a lot of space, and if you do they will terminate you. These providers are finding that their servers are getting too hard to manage and seem to be down every other day. We are looking for long term customers, as we are in this for the long haul also. Bottom line is we want to keep you as a satisfied customer! Proper server management will keep our servers running smooth, with minimal server issues or downtime, and hopefully keep you happy!

Q: What if I face any problems with my account, or I can't answer my client's questions?
A: We offer you 24/7 technical support via email. When you win the auction, we will help you through everything!

Q: How long have you been in business, for how long are you going to stay?
A: We started doing business on the internet in 1997 and have been in the hosting business since 1999. Although no one can predict how long a company will stay in business, we don't plan on going anywhere, anytime soon.

Q: What is the difference between a Reseller and a Shared Account?
A: A shared account provides a single domain to host one website. With a reseller account, you can create shared accounts for your friends, family, or clients.

Q: Will you move my current account(s) over to your server?
A: Yes, we can help you move up to 25 cPanel accounts over to our servers for free. If you have more than 25 accounts that need to be moved, or any accounts over 100 MB, we can help with that also, but please contact us first.

Q: How reliable is your service & support?
A: OUR SERVERS WILL NEVER BE OVERSOLD! We have proven to be very reliable. All support questions & issues are dealt with in a prompt professional manner.

Q: How long does it take to respond to a support ticket?
A: Most tickets are responded to in less than 2 hour, and completely resolved in less than 6 hours. However, the truth of the matter is, this question does not have a simple answer. A resolution to a ticket all depends mostly on the complexity and urgency of it. You will see some tickets resolved within minutes, and others within hours. Nevertheless, we only offer and guarantee that a response will be received within 6 hours, and a resolution will be received within 24 hours.

Q: What happens if a ticket takes longer than 24 hours to resolve?
A: Tickets rarely take longer than 24 hours, however in certain cases, if you report a problem that is erratic or requires more time to debug it's possible it could take longer to resolve. For example, if you report a problem that occasionally happens, or cannot be replicated, naturally this may take time to diagnose and fix.

Q: What type of sites can i host?
A: We host just about any personal or business site. The following sites are excluded from this offer: irc sites, hate, warez, illegal content, software trading, download libraries, chat room programs, or spam related products are expressively forbidden and sites containing banned materials are subject to immediate termination without refund. To provide our clients with the best hosting experience possible, we do not tolerate server abuse and will terminate any account that abuses our servers.

Q: Can I give away free web hosting?
A: You can give free web hosting accounts to your friends and family (within reason), but we do not allow our resellers to offer free web hosting to the general public. This is a business opportunity for our clients, and we like to keep it that way.

Q: Do I have access to update my site 24 hours a day?
A: Absolutely. Whether you're a day person or a night owl, your site is available for you to update.

Q: Why don't you offer lifetime web hosting?
A: Anyone offering this can't be serious. It just doesn't make sense. If we offered lifetime web hosting, how could we continue to support (you) our client? Companies that sell lifetime hosting accounts make money from you once, but their expenses happen every month. As a result, they have to continue to sell lifetime web hosting accounts in order to make enough income to pay their expenses, which gives them a strong motive to minimize, and to overload their servers. There has to be a point that they can no longer support their current client base, and they either move on or close up shop. Some will even close up and start all over again under a new name, and take all your clients with them. Why trust a company like this with your hard earned money
