It is important that you feel comfortable with whom you are dealing. ePier.com provides you with several ways in which you can learn about another user's credibility and reputation within the Community, before making a decision to deal with them. Using good judgement and common sense can protect you from fraud.

User Feedback
Feedback is a comment left by a registered user of the ePier.com Community, about their buying, selling, or trading experiences with other ePier.com Community Members. These comments are very important, as they are reviewed by other Community Members to determine another registered user's credibility, and reputation as a buyer or seller. Feedback comments are used to calculate a user's total feedback rating.

Requesting Additional User Information
Registered members may request additional contact information about another registered member. If you would like to request additional user information for someone now, click here.

Remember, a lot of people are unable to check their e-mail every day. If you do not hear back from someone through e-mail, try giving them a call before you begin to worry. A phone call is an easy way to resolve any misunderstandings.

Escrow Services
Third party escrow services can help make transactions between buyers and sellers easier and more comfortable. An escrow service collects payment from the buyer for merchandise, and hold it in “escrow” until the seller sends the merchandise to the buyer. Once the buyer has received the merchandise, and accepts it, the escrow service sends payment to the buyer.
Escrow services typically charge a fee of 5% of the final value of the item. In most cases the buyer usually pays the “escrow fees”. This should be negotiated between the seller and buyer, before the beginning of the transaction.
