The office of Special Olympics Montana will be CLOSED WEDNESDAY, November 14, 2007 in order to process your winning bids. Please contact our office beginning Thursday at 406-216-5327 or 800-242-6876 (MT Only) to arrange payment and shipping or pickup. Please call between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday MST.
Items may be picked up at the Special Olympics Montana office (710 First Avenue North in Great Falls) beginning Thursday, November 15th, at 9:00 a.m.
If you have won a time sensitive item, please call immediately and leave a message where you can be reached. We will be checking voice mail regularly throughout the day.
The Auction is Now Open!
Categories will begin closing at 8:00 pm MDT on November 13, 2007.
3 to 4 categories will close every 10 minutes until 9:00 pm.
Final Close of Auction will be at 9:00 pm on November 13, 2007.

Proxy Bidding
When a person enters a bid that is higher than the bid increment, it acts as a proxy bid. If a person wishes to bid more than the bid increment and by-pass the proxy system, they can enter a checkmark in the "go to max bid immediately" box.
Sample: Current Bid: $25.00
Your Max Bid: $30.00
"You are placing a "Proxy bid." Under a Proxy bid, no one knows how much you've bid, just the current price($25.00). If they bid lower than your maximum bid, then the system will outbid them on your behalf up to your max bid($30.00), and you will remain in the lead. Once someone enters a bid topping your max bid, they become the leader. "
Reserve Price
A Reserve Price is a minimum amount required for bid before an item will be sold. Please be aware that while most items don't have a reserve price, several items in the auction do have a reserve price. Please check carefully when bidding.
