How To Order: Simply select the items that you desire to purchase and place and pay for your order right here in our store. When making inquires please note the 6-digit item code number that is located on each page. Finance Charges and Returned Check Fees: There is a $30.00 fee that will be assessed for each check returned to us unpaid. Minimum Order: There is no minimum order-We accept orders of any size. Free Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam) We ship via our choice of common carrier, UPS, FedEx or other ground based service. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, Saturday Delivery or other express delivery services are available at your request and expense. Please Note: The aforementioned areas do not qualify for free shipping. Expedited Service: We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays. If you desire Rush Service a $7.50 charge must be added to your order. Please make note of your desire for Rush Service, this includes even those orders that qualify for free shipping. (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select or Saturday Delivery Service charges are additional and will be billed accordingly. Payment Options: We accept the following methods of payment: All major credit cards, Advance payments by check, Money Orders. Advance payments maybe subject to being held for up to a period of 7-10 business days prior to your order being shipped. Pricing: We make every effort to maintain our prices at the lowest possible cost to our customers. However due to the volatility of currency, transportation and or raw materials market. All prices within our store are subject to change without notice. Refunds & Returns: Please open and inspect all of your order(s) upon delivery. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied please reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Please check packages carefully as many items are nested, and smaller items may get caught in the packing materials. Any claim for a return and refund must be made within five days of inspecting your items. We will make every effort to accommodate return/refund request subject to the following rules: 1. For proper food safety we can not and will not accept any returns on edible products. 2. Returns will only be accepted on complete, UNOPENED packages in saleable condition. (examples: confetti packages that have been open, Latex Balloon packages that have been opened etc...) 3. There are no refunds on closeout or discontinued, Seasonal or Holiday merchandise. 4. No item will be accepted for return and refund without a (RA#) Return Authorization Number which will be issued to you by us. How To Request A Return/Refund: Contact us via either email or by phone to obtain your RA# which must be prominently marked on each outer package on the upper left corner under your return address.Boxes sent back to us without the proper RA# will be refused and sent back "Collect".
