Neat VINTAGE Apron in Bright Yellow and Orange in EVER-PLEAT Durably Pleated Fabric with Tag, Never Used and MINT.

The tag says "EVER-PLEAT by Bonafab; Ever-Pleat Requires No Ironing". The apron measures 19" long. The waistband measures almost 18" plus the sash ties.
