Neat Vintage Sauce Pitcher with Raised Roses pattern by Mt. Clemens Pottery Company. I date this to the 1940"s, 1950"s. What do you think? What is the name of this raised roses pattern? Please email me DIRECTLY at msdoll99@msn.com. This pitcher is pristine, bright and shiny and measures 8" from handle to spout, 3-1/2" wide and about 3" tall at its highest point. This pitcher has not been used and is in excellent condition. There is a rough area with two tiny chips about 3/8" long on the rim where the glaze did not cover. This flaw looks to be a manufacturing defect. The pitcher is not marked. I include a photo of the raised mark which is on cups which are part of this set. The mark is a rectangle which says "MCP, USA". A number of pieces are available in this pattern including dinner plates, cups and saucers and bowls.
