Pink Depression Glass Lid 

Squared Pyramid Finial


    This is a 4¼" diameter pink Depression Glass cover or lid.  I looked through my reference books, and could not match the finial with any of the patterns listed.  This is a heavier glass that would lead me to believe it was made for a dressing table powder box or canister type container.  This is a gorgeous orangey pink shade of glass.  The cover looks perfect.  I found some roughness (or fleabites) on the inner lower rim.  Outside diameter of the inner rim is 3 3/4". I am sorry the photo is so blurry.
