I do detect a oder but I don't know if it is from being stored. I think once this was left out it will be just fine. Her clothes have been washed It is sold AS IS. All her clothes are original and her shoes. This doll has been displayed her clothes are in good condition. She does come with original box{the box is not in perfect condition and certicate 264 of 500 her size is 22" she has beautiful violet eyes. Not sure how old she is sometime in the early 1990's.
