International Buyer:

At this time we don"t ship digital cameras out of the USA. All international buyer we most have a phone number. Before the item(s) can be shipped this is an US Customs, US Postal requirement so all paper work can be complete. Without the phone number your shipment will be delay. Shipping:

We ship everything within 72 hours of receiving payment except for weekends and holidays. S&H flat Rate $10.00

Feedback:

We will not leave Feedback until payment is made on all Auctions. If feedback was to be left before as a Bidder you could still not pay but be showing a Positive Feedback for an item that you didn"t pay for. Shipping Insurance:

Warranty:

• All prints is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase.
• We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
• Defective products returned to us in original packaging will be replaced.
• Defective products returned to us missing original packaging will be replaced as received.
• A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
• The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
• Email may be directed to customerservice@tfg-enterprises.com if an update for a return is needed.
• No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
• IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process.
