Description

How to Build the Boat “BUZZER” For UNDER $30! (From the book, “How to Build 20 Boats BOOK 13”) CLIPPING over the water at a rate of 44 miles per hour is just a dream for most boat builders - but building a boat that can do it for only $30 IS A FANTASTIC REALITY! Even so, if you build this boat, you will have a fantastic looking “CLASSIC RUNABOUT” from the days of the mahogany Chris Craft Type boats! (They don’t make them like that today!) You will also have pride of ownership - the pride of having constructed a boat that is in a class second to none - and the pride of having done it with a minimum of expense. The designer and builder of this boat did it as a result of a wager that he made. He bet that he could do it for no more than $30 expenditure for materials (please note that this was done in 1935 and need to be adjusted for today‘s prices.) It might easily be called a table top runabout or a floating bedstead, for into construction went eight-long table leaves, (44”) and almost a complete oak bedstead. Also went into construction were selected boards from creating and boxes, several old auto seats and a conglomerate collection of junk-yard odds and ends. And end up with a “Classic-Looking” run-a-bout of just under 14 Ft. that flies over the water like an explosive speedboat! Professional boat builders would, of course, scoff at the waste of time involved in collecting materials for Buzzer. Thus these building instructions are directed to the amateur who wants to save money and who has all winter long to build the boat. If instructions are followed implicitly, the result will be as sturdy a little boat as ever was launched with a speed that varies with the size of the motor installed. Bid Today! And when you get these 4 page plans you will have 7 days to study them. If you decide not to keep them, just return them in good reusable condition and I will refund your purchase price (less taxes and shipping.) You can pay for them using Pay Pal, money order, or check. (Drawn on U. S. Banks only. Personal checks will delay orders till check clears.) Many thanks for looking and have a nice day. Make sure to check out my other items before you leave.
