We accept all credit card payments through Google Checkout. Payment is due within 3 days of the close of the auction. When the auction ends we"ll send you an invoice through Google Checkout.
Orders ship either UPS or USPS priority with delivery confirmation. A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
We can ship only to addresses in the continental US. If you"re located outside of the continental US, please do not order from us. We cannot fulfill orders that must ship to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, or US territories.
All products are backed by our own 10-day satisfaction guarantee as well as any applicable manufacturer"s warrantee. Please contact us before returning a product. Pre-authorization of the return is required. Failure to obtain that pre-authorization will nullify our guarantee.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns are accepted for replacement and or exchange (in the case of clothing items where another size is needed). If we refund on a non-defective item, there will be a 15% restock fee assessed. Refunds are for purchase price only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
