This is an old Walt Disney Mickey Mouse Spring Toy. It still has good color with minimal age discoloration. It is 3 ½" tall x 1 ½" wide across the bottom. Back is marked © Disney across Mickey"s behind. Bottom is marked made in Hong Kong. I have pushed it down and had it pop up. The spring is hard to work, but both that and the suction cup are in good condition. Cute for any vintage disneyana collection.
