Some of the videos have been purchased new, some are store overstocks or ex-rentals, and some have been obtained from various sources such as flea markets, video conventions and private collectors.

PAYMENT TERMS:  We gladly accept and prefer PayPal. PayPal allows you to make immediate payments from your bank account, charge to all major credit cards, and even issue electronic checks to fund your purchase(s). PayPal also allows fast turnarounds for shipment and high-quality customer satisfaction you can expect. Payment is due within five days of auction end.

SHIPPING:  Keep in mind that Shipping & Handling costs includes packing materials as well as actual shipping costs. We ship within 2-5 days after receiving payment.

Insurance: Insurance is extra, optional and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  It is an inexpensive way to safeguard against postal loss or damages. Sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for uninsured packages once they are out of our hands and eventually become lost, stolen or damaged.

Combined Shipping: We will be happy to combine shipping on multiple auction wins when shipped together and paid in one payment within 5 days of the last auction close. If you want to combine shipping, DO NOT COMPLETE CHECKOUT UNTIL YOU HAVE WON ALL THE ITEMS YOU WANT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE FIRST AUCTION. We will combine shipping for all items won within a 7 day period between the first auction and the last auction. Please continue to bid on more items in the same manner in the future. • US shipping is $3.95. Shipping for each additional item is $1.95. Most deliveries occur within 3 to 7 business days after shipping.

RETURN POLICY: Returns are welcome within 7 days after receipt of product if the item is still factory sealed. You are responsible for shipping it back to us. If you receive a defective item, please contact us and we will replace it with the same item if available. If not available we can offer another similar item or a refund – your choice. Remember payment is due within 5 days of auction end. •        All of our DVDs come in a standard plastic case with cover art.

•        New DVD means that case still has factory plastic and disc has never been viewed.

•        Used DVD means the DVD has been viewed and may have minor surface scratches but the DVD will play fine without any problems.

•        Please realize that if some videos were filmed in the 50s and 60s (or earlier) although it is a DVD, the picture on some may be slighty grainy or not up to 21^st Century specs, INQUIRE BEFORE YOU BID, thank you.

•        Bidders with MINUS (-1) feedback ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BID ON OUR ITEMS.

•        ALL items are packed safely and securely.

•        Under ePier’s policy, we have the right to back out of any deal if we suspect fraud.
