"IN THE HEART OF THE OREGON OUTBACK" looks towards the Fort Rock Monument at sunset, captured on August 16, 2007. Located in Central Oregon to the East of the Oregon Cascades (near Christmas Valley) the monument has both a fascinating geologic history and is filled with Pacific Northwest Indian and Pioneer Lore.

PARTICULARS: Wide-Field Panorama comprises of nine exposures seamlessly stitched together using our Panoramic Tools Software. The rendering of the 99x60 degree composite is rectified to emphasize the wood post fence and sweep of the austere landscape. The final conversion was produced with Adobe CS3 software in conjunction with our new HP Z3100 printer. The 24x18 inch image is printed on HP Archival Satin Paper. This museum grade archival print offers an expanded tonal range and depth. Catalog No. 237 under "Oregon Portfolio."
