"AKIRA SUSHI UDON SEAFOOD DISH" Akira is fantastic "hole in the wall" restaurant located at 1069 Denman Street in Vancouver BC, Canada. Shown is a seafood entree called Nabeyaki Udon served in an cast cast bowl. Udon is a thick white noodle in soup, a specialty that never fails to deliver. When the entree was delivered i couldn't believe how good it looked... hence this natural light photograph taken just before dinner began.
