 
World War II 1942 German Safe Passage Propaganda Leaflet
This was one of the Safe Passage propaganda leaflets that was dropped by the Soviets on German lines January 1942
I have tried to do some online translations, they are not the best but they give you some idea of what is in the leaflet
This is what I found when trying to translate the title:
Vas goes in Germany before?
Or
Vas proceeds in Germany?
The leaflet starts out:

Last paragraph on back page, roughly translated:
German soldier! Not only you, but also your as wait for sehnsuchtig on peace. But as long as Hitler and his gang in power, there will be no peace. Speaker included with Hitler and you have with the Drieg included.
