How the SmokeLess Counter Creates Your Own Quitting Plan
The SmokeLessCounter assumes you are awake for 17 hours each day. So, to make this easy, let's say you currently smoke 17 cigarettes per day. In this example, you smoke one cigarette every 60 minutes. You would enter "17" in the setup of the SmokeLessCounter. Now the unit will begin beeping once every hour, to let you know it is time to smoke.
So far, you haven't altered your smoking in ways that might make you miserable. But you have altered your future because now you are part of a system. For the moment you are smoking the same number of cigarettes that you always do, but you are smoking them according the your SmokeLessCounter program instead of in response to urges. You will be working to recondition your mind and to break your habit during this time.
