Reena O'Donnell receives a telegram from her uncle Faron, who has been severely wounded while scouting for General Custer in Wyoming, requesting that she come to care for him. Hunter Stone and two other Mounties provide her an escort, along with missionary Jack Sheffield who has heard of the Sioux unrest led by Sitting Bull. As Reena nurses her uncle back to health, the Sioux nation is gathering for the storm that becomes The Battle of Little Bighorn.
