The book has no printed date, but the inside front cover inscription is dated 1905. So, the book could date to the late 1800"s. It was published by H. M. Caldwell Company, New York. It is small book, measuring about 6-3/8" by 4-3/8" with 202 pages.

As the photos show, the cloth cover has lovely gold decoration enhancing the lovely young woman on the front cover. The book is in okay condition with moisture damage which shows on the bottom of the back cover and in discoloration on the first few front pages as well on the bottom one-inch of the interior pages.
