Description

This book is titled, "The Original Fannie Farmer 1896 Cook Book", The Boston Cooking-School. It is a facsimile of the first edition, originally published in 1896. This is a commemorative edition published in 2000 by Ottenheimer Publishers, Inc. The book has, including index, 567 pages. The book is "maroon" with gold highlights on the cover and on the edges of the pages. A necessary cook book for the serious collector of cook books or for anyone interested in getting back to the basics of cooking and nutrition. This would make a great gift for Mother"s Day, a bridal shower, or hostess gift. Buyer agrees to pay $3.75 S/H. I would appreciate payment within 10 (business) days from close of auction. Whenever possible, I will combine shipping charges when additional items are won by the same individual. Thank you for looking at my auction. Good luck and good bidding!!
