This cool book is large and heavy, measuring about 13" by 9-1/2" with 320 pages which includes an Index. It is a great period reference book from the 1940"s and includes a chapter on furniture construction and a chapter on choosing wallpaper. There is a "portfolio of portaits of rooms in color by American artist, David Payne.

The book is in good condition with considerable wear to the cover and discoloration on the inside back cover. Please disregard the too bright photos of the title page, etc.
