Humphrey Milford, Oxford University Press. The book has a lovely dark red cloth cover that is so smooth it resembles leather. The book measures about 7-1/2" by 5-1/2" with 1350 pages which includes a Glossary in the back of the book. The book is in good condition with some wear to the cover and soiling on the back cover. The interior pages are very thin. There is quite a lot of soiling to the inside front and back cover. The inside front cover has a signature in ink and the facing page has pencil notations that have been erased but remnants of the notation remain. There is soiling to all the page ends and the back cover is a little loose.
