Funds MUST be in US Dollars drawn on a US banking institution. (My bank charges me $35 for each foreign instrument, even for Canadian money orders.

Although I accept payment through Pal Pay, I would truly appreciate it if buyers would only use this service for amounts over $15. The new fee increase has made accepting payment for small amounts ruinously expensive.
