Published by the American Book Company, New York. The book has a lovely dark red cloth cover which somewhat shiny and feels like faille fabric. The book measures about 7-1/2" by 5-1/4" with 464 pages that includes an Index.
The book is in very good condition with some wear to the cover. The title page and its facing page has a large section of yellow discoloration. Otherwise the book is very good condition.
