Published by Barse & Hopkins, New York. This little book has a leather cover and measures about 7-5/8" by 5-1/8" with 99 pages. Please see the photo of the inscription showing that the book was once owned by Lila Eccles Brimhall, who was a prominent Utahn.

There is considerable wear, soiling and moisture damage to the cover. The end paper at the front of the book has separated from the binding; please see the last photo. There is a good number of dogearred pages at the front of the book and there are other signs of use to the interior pages.
