Published by P. F. Collier & Son, New York. The book has a cloth and leather cover and measures about 11-3/8" by 8-3/8". It is very heavy book that measures about 2-3/8" thick.

The book is in good condition with wear to the cover; please view the photo of the spine which shows the piece torn on the top of the spine. The title page has discoloration around the edges; interior pages also have discoloration due to age and some signs of wear. There are two pages near the front of the book that are completely separated from the binding.
