| What are the Hardware/Software Requirements to run eMass? |

| NONE! We host your auction on our fast, reliable, and secure network so you do not have to worry about additional expenses or maintenance of hardware. This way, it saves you time, money, and a few dollars on aspirin. |

| Am I charged fees for listing auction items? |
|
| No. Unlike most auction sites out there, we do not charge listing fees on our auctions, nor do we charge you for the listing of items in your own personal auction. However, if you wish, you may charge your auction users a fee for the listing of auction items. |

| Can I make it so that my users cannot sell auction items? |
|
| Sure, some of our customers use their auction for charity events where they auction off items for charity. In this case, they only wish to list their own items and not allow members to list. |

| How hard is it to implement my auction into my current website? |
|
| Implementing your auction is as easy as displaying a link to your auction located on our servers. Of course, you can add image link or add a menu item to your site that links to your auction as well. |

| Can I open/Close my Auction at any time? |

| Of Course! You have full control over your auction including when your auction is open or closed. Some of our eMass customers list many items with the same end time so that they can close the auction after all auction items end. You can also keep your auction open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you wish. |

| Can I have my auction custom designed to fit the design of my current website? |
|
| When we first setup your eMass account, we go through your current site and modify the auction skin to that of your current site. We do this to make your visitors feel as if they have not left your site, which means a higher retention rate for you and your business. |
