When the boards were flooded on eBay a few weeks ago with all the outcries from sellers about the outrageous fee increases, there were quite a few people who said that in running the numbers of stores vs. fee increases, etc. eBay could lose up to 35 percent of their mid-range stores and STILL make a profit from the increases.
Of course, I agree with those that said these increases were a strategy to weed out us smaller folks in favor of keeping the big companies.
I think that strategy is working for them.....at least for now. But if we can keep building traffic and members here, there's no telling what good things can happen!!
