Initial Contact

Within 3 business days is the best

First contact one another to make shipping and payment arrangements once the auction has ended.

Courtesy Payment Reminder

After 3 days and no later than 90 days after your listing has closed

Communicate as required to seal the deal. Send a courtesy payment reminder letter to your winning bidder. You must use ePier's customizeable reminder email.

Request a Credit towards Final Value Fee

Within 1 months after close of auction.

Request a final value fee credit if you

- Sent at least 1 Courtesy Payment Reminder.

- Were still unable to resolve following the filing of a Courtesy Payment Reminder.
