The following listing is for a beautiful antique guilloche brooch or pin, featuring a blue bird. The bird sits against a background with a crisscrossed or hatched silver design that has a foil look. The edges of the pin are decorated. This very old pin is done on copper. It"s in good condition for the age, although the pin in back is a bit bent as is almost always the case with old jewelry and looks to have been re-soldered. There is some oxidation or greening on the back and a bit on the front edge as well. The pin measures approximately 1 1/4" by 1". This is from one of the homes we bought contents of here in the area, and is completely market fresh! Very pretty and a wonderful find!
