Vintage TOPSY TURVY Doll with Black Skin marked "ST LUCIA" which is in the West Indies and formerly a British Colony. Under the doll"s full skirt is another doll"s head with different colors; so, there are two dolls in one. The second to last photo shows a side view, attempting to show both sides. She measures about 11" tall from the bottom of her full circle skirt to the top of her head. Both doll heads wear a cloth turbin on the head, and the red/turquoise blue head wears earrings. The bottom of her skirt on the green/yellow side has "ST LUCIA" sewn in white thread. Please email me for a photo of this. She has been stored away for a long time and is in excellent condition. There are two small food stains on the green/yellow skirt, which tends to get lost in the bright colors.
