Translated from the French by Anne Carter. Published by Pantheon Books, a Division of Random House, New York. The book has a beautiful red cloth cover with the imperial Russian symbol. The book measures about 8-1/2" by 5-3/4" with 387 pages which includes Notes and References.
The book is in very good condition and has had little or no use. It has light wear to the dustcover edges.
